Eighth-graders Reghan Anderson, Alison Fioriello and Wells Woolcott have been selected to participate in the American Choral Directors Association Honor Choir, performing in Boston on Feb. 10-13 as part of the ACDA’s Eastern Division conference. The National ACDA Honor Choir is made up of the best student-musicians in the country.

East Hampton Middle School singers were selected from more than 3,000 applicants based on their excellent musicianship and vocal techniques as demonstrated on vocal audition recordings submitted last year. The Junior High Honor Choir will be conducted by composer and professor Dr. Andrea Ramsey, director of choral studies at the University of Colorado. In addition to rehearsing and performing under this wonderful conductor, Reghan, Alison and Wells will get to experience singing with the best student-musicians in the country. Congratulations!
