Ten East Hampton High School students were among more than 250 students representing 19 Long Island school districts to recently participate in the Long Island Business Teachers Association’s annual business competition at Commack High School.

East Hampton students Alana Ellis and Mia Herrlin placed second and fourth in the Business Law and Keyboarding competitions, respectively. They will receive their awards at a luncheon sponsored by the LIBTA.

The district congratulates the following students on their hard work and participation in the competition: Daniela Armijos Rios, Olivia Debes, Alana Ellis, Claudia Fino, Mia Herrlin, James Makrianes, Alexis Martinez, Joshua Rosario, Ana Toledo Yanez and Alexis Ward.
